Description

The purpose of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's/client's need for overnight hotel accommodation services for official journeys. The purpose is to enter into parallel framework agreements for overnight hotel accommodation in central Kristiansand and Arendal. The hotel contract for overnight accommodation will safeguard good coverage and quality in relation to the contracting authority's need. The procurement is divided into lots (see point 4.11): 1) Overnight hotel accommodation in central Kristiansand 2) Overnight hotel accommodation in central Arendal. For further information about the contents of the procurement, please see section II annex 1. Parallel framework agreements will be entered into with a maximum of three hotel service providers for each lot, i.e. framework agreements will be entered into with a maximum of six supplier/hotels..
