IK-EEA 039-2023 Course locations and day conferences

Description

Bergen municipality and its collaborative partners have entered into framework agreements for day conferences in Bergen city centre (within the Bergenhus district). The contest is divided into two lots: 1. Day conferences for 10-199 participants 2. Day conferences for 200-500 participants Lot 1: IK-EEA 039-2023 Lot 1 Day conferences - 10-199 participants Bergen municipality and its collaborative partners will enter into 3-4 agreements for day conferences in Bergen city centre (within the Bergenhus district) with capacity for 10-199 participants. Bergen Municipality is entering an agreement with the following co-operating parties Alver municipality, Øygarden municipality, Betanien rehabilitation and nursing home, Landås parish senior centre, Institute of Marine Research. Lot 2: IK-EEA 039-2023 Lot 2 Day conferences - 200-500 participants Bergen municipality and its collaborative partners will enter into 2-3 contracts for day conferences in Bergen city centre (within the Bergenhus district) with capacity for 200-500 participants. Bergen Municipality is entering an agreement with the following co-operating parties Alver municipality, Øygarden municipality, Betanien rehabilitation and nursing home, Landås parish senior centre, Institute of Marine Research.
