Single Supplier Framework for Facilities Management Services to Pobal over 4 lots: Lot 1- Dublin Lot 2 – Leinster (excluding Dublin) & Ulster Lot 3 – Munster Lot 4 – Connaught Lot 1: Dublin The services will include: • Scheduled maintenance work comprising Fire Alarm Maintenance, Emergency Light Maintenance and General Maintenance Check • Reactive, ad hoc and emergency work as and when required. The reactive, ad hoc and emergency work may comprise work to be done by the following: electrician, plumbing, handyman, carpenter and painter. Lot 2: Leinster (excluding Dublin) & Ulster • Scheduled maintenance work comprising Fire Alarm Maintenance, Emergency Light Maintenance and General Maintenance Check • Reactive, ad hoc and emergency work as and when required.
