Facilities Management and Cleaning Services for the Office of the Planning Regulator

Description

Supply of Facilities Management and Cleaning Services supporting the Contracting Authority’s facilities and staff. Supply of Cleaning Services supporting OPR staff onsite. Provision of expertise to support, develop and maintain the Facilities Services and Cleaning Services as required. Provision of a dedicated and proactive Account Manager as the first point of contact for the Contracting Authority. Supply of regular reports on service usage. This will include provisions for ad-hoc reporting as required. Provisions for excellence in customer service, data protection and confidentiality relating to information parsed through to the successful Tenderers support service, backed up by appropriate certification or agreements where relevant.
