Description
DfE requires aviation technical analysis to provide quality, evidence-based advice and analysis via biannual evaluation reports on the financial and operational performance of the City of Derry Airport (CoDA) along with contractual and ad hoc advice to determine the value for money being realised from the project as well as ongoing risks to delivery. Suppliers should refer to the Specification Schedule for full detail on the deliverables of this contract.
