Responsive Repairs, Voids and Associated Works Framework

Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association wishes to create a framework of service providers to carry out responsive repairs and voids works across homes owned and/or managed by Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association. In addition to repairs and void works, appointed suppliers may also be invited to submit a quote to undertake planned works projects based on the association’s requirements during the framework term. Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association wish to work with multi-disciplinary organisations and also trade specific organisations for example electrical, plumbing, joinery, scaffolding, painting and decorating, drainage, flooring, carpentry etc. To assist with the development of the lotting structure, Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association are issuing a pre-market engagement notice to seek expressions of interest in the opportunity and request additional information.
