Works since removed from the final contracted works, which were included in tender: install ground-level grilled motorhome grey water emptying point, and below ground sewer from this to SW foul sewer, and with raised prevention of greywater spillage onto car park and of rainwater running into greywater emptying point; resurfacing existing carpark gravel surface with a combination of tarmac and porous paving (this element now replaced with resurfacing in Type 1 material); install SUDS pipework etc beneath carpark surface as per design drawings; split existing combined sewer of Assynt Leisure Centre, as per design drawings; connect services to Scottish Water foul and surface water sewers, including road excavation for sewer pipeline laying and connection. nb. The original tendered works were tendered for by two contractors, both of whom priced works above our funding budget. We therefore invited both to re-price for a reduced scope of works. One of them did so, and this award of contract is for those reduced works at the price that tenderer submitted.
