Mitie / Defence / MoD Corsham - Re-configuration/refurbishment of existing office accommodation

Description

We are seeking early engagement to discuss an upcoming tender opportunity for the re-configuration/refurbishment of existing office accommodation. This project will include internal fit out elements, electrical power & data upgrades with the introduction of new AHU/ventilation, heating and cooling systems including associated infrastructure. The adaptations will include the formation of new cellular offices, meeting areas and NER facilities within existing areas, suitable for over 150 occupiers. The expected cost for this project is estimated at £10 million. Contractors wishing to be included will need to demonstrate experience working in the UK Defence Sector, with available security cleared personnel across all disciplines, compliance with JSP, NPSA, Building Regulations and working in areas subject to Security restrictions. Anticipated Programme: • Tender despatch - February 2026; • Mobilisation - June 2026; • Construction start - June/July 2026; • Handover/completion - July 2027;
