Magna Housing seeks to contract with a prime contractor for the supply of a managed print service and associated multi-functional devices. Magna seeks to contract with a ‘prime contractor’ for the supply of a managed print service and associated multi-functional devices. The solution must provide a managed print service with the latest multi-functional devices with the ability to scan to email, print and copy. Magna requires Secure Print, FollowMe printing and scan management software to give visibility and control of our printing and devices to help save money, simplify printing, scanning and copying, boost productivity and help us improve environmental sustainability and document security. Magna currently use FollowMe print technology and have a Mifare ID card-based system for user authentication on each of our existing devices. The ID cards are also used for our door entry system so we are keen to keep our existing ID cards. Magna’s offices are located throughout Dorset and Somerset, UK. Magna is seeking a supplier who has engineers based in the South West of England with a response time of no more than 4 hours to all Magna offices starting from the time when the call is logged.
