to invite tenders for the removal and disconnection of existing Klargester sewage treatment plant with sewer serving existing housing development to be connected to existing Scottish Water sewer within site boundaries at west end. Removal of fence enclosure around tank including signage. Removal of existing kiosk and concrete plinth plus disconnection of existing SSEN power supply to kiosk. Remove headwall at burn. Lot 1: Aberdeenshire Council require competitive tenders of suitably qualified contractors to complete the isolation and disconnection of existing Klargester sewage treatment plant with sewer serving existing housing development and to fill the redundant tank with concrete. The drain is to be connected to existing Scottish Water sewer within site boundaries at west end. Removal of fence enclosure around tank including signage. Removal of existing kiosk and concrete plinth plus disconnection of existing SSEN power supply to kiosk. Remove headwall at burn. Further, bidders are asked to price an option for the complete removal of existing tank in lieu of filling with concrete in situ.
