The Contracting Authority appoint a Framework of Contractors for the undertaking of repairs, renewals, reinstatements and improvements in respect of the following Specialist Trades; Lot 1 - Paving Works Lot 2 - Fencing Works Lot 3 - Drainage and Sewage Works Lot 4.- Asphalt Works Lot 5 - Roofing Works Lot 6 - Plumbing Works Lot 7.- House and Communal Clearance Lot 8 - Scaffolding Lot 1: Lot 1 Paving Works The Contracting Authority appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors to undertake Paving Works (Precast Concrete, Insitu Concrete, Tarmacadam, Block and other type of hard landscaping paving) as responsive maintenance, and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council Lot 2: Lot 2 Fencing Works The Contracting Authority appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors to undertake Fencing Works (ChainLink, Boarded, Palisade, Post and Rail and other types of Fencing),) as responsive maintenance, and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council Lot 3: Lot 3 Drainage and Sewage Works The Contracting Authority appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors to undertake Drainage and Sewage Works (Surface Water, Foul Drainage and Manholes, Interceptors, Land Drainage and Soakaways) as responsive maintenance, and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council Lot 4: Lot 4 Asphalt Works The Contracting Authority wish to appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors to undertake Hot and Cold Asphalt Works (Damp proof membranes, Roofing, Paving) as responsive maintenance, and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council Lot 5: Lot 5 Roofing Works The Contracting Authority appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors to undertake Roofing Works (Pitched and Flat Roofing including Rainwater Goods and Fascia, bargeboards and Soffits) as responsive maintenance, and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council Lot 6: Lot 6 Plumbing Works The Contracting Authority appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors to undertake Plumbing Works (Internal and External plumbing, Sanitary Fittings etc ) as responsive maintenance, and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council Lot 7: Lot 7 House and Communal Clearance The Contracting Authority appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors to undertake House and Communal Clearance (House Clearance and Disposal including environmental waste, Communal Clearance of Common Parts, Estate Clearance including fly tipping) in conjunction with responsive maintenance, and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council Lot 8: Lot 8 Scaffolding The Contracting Authority appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors to undertake Scaffolding Works (Tubular and System Scaffolding, Towers etc) to facilitate responsive maintenance, and capital reinvestment works to it housing and other communal properties and assets located within or adjacent to the Boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council
