West Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) and West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust (the Leisure Trust) wish to establish a contract for the provision of banking services. The service will be provided to both the Council and the Leisure Trust with bank transactional services; however it is critical that both the Council and the Leisure Trust can clearly identify transactions that are specific to each organisation.
