Description

The objective of this tender contest is to establish a framework agreement that ensures the County's need for advisory services, including legal expertise, related to the field of finances, strategic advice for planning and management processes, and hiring / long-term hiring of consultants and advisers with project management expertise and expertise in the County's finances. Lot 1: The contracting authority reserves the right to enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 providers per group, parallel framework agreements. The order in which the 3 groups are ranked is listed below: Group 1. Finance - BDO AS, PwC AS and Ernst &Young AS Group 2. Consultancy for systematic work with (overall) planning and management processes - BDO AS, PwC AS and Ernst & Young AS Group 3. Hiring and/or long-term hiring of consultants and advisers for the disciplines listed above - BDO AS, Ernst & Young AS and PwC AS Value per group: * Group 1: NOK 25 million. * Group 2: NOK 15 million. * Group 3: NOK 10 million.
