Newydd Maintenance Limited (NML) are seeking to appoint an experienced and competent NICEIC approved electrical contractor to respond to the ‘Out Of Hours’ Call Outs across the Newydd Housing Association’s South Wales Housing Stock. A guide list of areas and property numbers can be seen in the ‘Commercial Response Template.’ The bidders are required to cover all areas. The appointed contractor will be required to work with NML and our tenant liaison team to deliver a high speed and high quality service which minimises disruption to tenants and provides a service that meets the individual needs of the tenants.Bidders are required to take into account all eventualities in all locations when pricing and include for any ancillaries associated with the works. Bidder's rates must include but not be limited to preliminary costs, labour, materials, travel, welfare, waste, management fees and tenant liaison. NML shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the bidder's in the preparation of the proposal or any other associated costs related to participating in this procurement process.The appointed contractor will be required to take full responsibility for delivery of the works in its entirety and to maintain a close working relationship with NML during the delivery of the works, including attendance to periodic progress meetings and regular KPI reporting.
