NAV Vest-Viken invites tenderers to a contest for the labour market measure 'Norwegian training'. The measure will increase participants' Norwegian competence so that their ability to speak/understand Norwegian is in accordance with the requirements in their profession. The target group is speakers of minority languages, job seekers with a need for, and the possibility to achieve Norwegian skills at a level that qualifies for participation in other work orientated measures, take education, or get a job.
