Description

The labour market measure includes mapping and assessing participants´ work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting or keeping work. The clarification measure shall contribute to participants having increased insight into their options in the labour market and of their own resources and skills for work. The work assessment includes mapping and assessing participants´ work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting or keeping work. The clarification measure shall contribute to participants having increased insight into their options in the labour market and of their own resources and skills for work. Service area A - o Comprises the municipalities: Kristiansand, Vennesla, Iveland, Åseral, Bygland, Valle, Bykle, Evje and Hornnes, Lillesand and Birkenes. (the municipalites Vennesla, Iveland, Åseral, Bygland, Valle and Bykle are participating in a host municipal collaboration and constitute NAV Midt-Agder) - o The estimated need: 100-190 parallel parallel labour measure places at any given time. - o Delivery locations: In the central area of Kristiansand. If needed, the service should be provided centrally at Evje and in Valle. At Evje and in Valle, NAV offers an office in municipal open-plan office spaces that satisfy the requirements for personal safety and with the opportunity to carry out individual clarification. - The estimated value of the 5-year contract is between NOK 60,000,000 and NOK 115,000,000 excluding VAT. Tenderers should only upload a tender letter in each of the lots (the service area). The complete tender offer must be uploaded only one time for the entire competition, in lot ‘Tender Offer Submission. At the same time, the tenderers do not have to upload a tenderer in each of the part deliveries, and they do not have to deliver revised offers for each of the part deliveries after any negotiations.
