Provision of design and layout drawings for a proposed new "Learn to Ride" Cycle Area including perspective and revised drawings based on a design specific risk assessment. All information is in the Description Brief (Document will be in Stage 1 of the tender documents). The winning tenderer will fulfil the roles of PSDP and PSCS. The tendered design will be subject to review and approval for compliance with the Works Requirements, planning permission, safety requirements and the tendered proposal.
