Description
The tender is for a the provision of reactive repairs, void works and emergency call out services for Ferguslie Park Housing Association in Paisley. FPHA wish to appoint contractors to lots which form part of the services advertised. The lots are as follows: • electrical repairs (upto 3 contractors); • joinery repairs (up to 3 contractors); • labour/builerworks (1 contractor); • plumbing repairs (upto 3 contractors); • void works (1 contractor); • out of hours emergency works (1 contractor). The appointment of contractors will be on an initial 18-month contract till the end of March 2022, extensions are available in the form of 2 x 12-month extensions till the end of March 2024. A meet the buyer event it planned via Zoom for Thursday 20 August 2020.
