DH26007 - Loft and Cavity Wall Insulation

Description

A contract has been award via Efficiency East Midlands EEM0046 Framework - Lot 1 Midlands Insulation and Associated Works. This was a direct award through the Framework to the provider, Synergize Limited. Lot 1: Loft & Cavity Wall Insulation for the following requirement to include associated works as required which may include but not be limited to erection of scaffolding: Recorded as having less than 100mm of Loft Insulation - 450nr (Properties loft insulation - 300 recorded). Cavity Wall Insulation - 141nr (Properties that require CWI works - 100 recorded). The elements of work are consistent with general building works which should improve the EPC value and contribute to energy efficiency of the properties. These works may assist Derby Homes when working towards decarbonisation as making homes more energy efficient may result in reduced energy usage by Tenants when heating properties.
