Description

Adra (the Client) is seeking the works of suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide External Refurbishment Works to 18 units (15 occupied houses and 3 blocks of flats) as contained within the suite of documents contained within this tender pack which comprises the documents set out at paragraph 11 (“ITT”) Bidders should note that this ITT relates to the award of a contract agreement for the provision of AM382 – Externals, Caernarfon, Gwynedd and all references to “Works” in this ITT relate to the provision of External Refurbishment Works in Ffordd Cibyn & Ffordd Coed Marion, Caernarfon as more particularly described in the ITT.
