Minor planned maintenance repair works to 10 Corporate properties located across Castle Point Borough including; •Internal and external decorations •Replacement flooring •Replacement/upgraded lighting •Replacement extract fans •Kitchen refurbishment •Dry lining/insulation •Car park resurfacing •Minor building repairs as fully detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Works. The works also include the Contractor's design and construction of; •Replacement Sauna and Steam Room installation •Replacement roller fire shutter •Final, detailed design of electrical circuitry •Final, detail design of plumbing/drainage installations
