The successful supplier will be required to provide catering services for Tewkesbury School (the Client). The contract covers the scope for the provision of all catering and vending services within the school, which also includes all hospitality and free issue requirements. Lot 1: The successful supplier will be required to provide catering services for Tewkesbury School (the Client). The contract covers the scope for the provision of all catering and vending services within the school, which also includes all hospitality and free issue requirements. The current contract offers a return to the Client and all free school meals and hospitality are recharged at net food cost. The duration of the contract being offered is 5 years commencing on 1 April 2021 and concluding on 31 March 2026, with the potential for an extension of up to a further 3 years and will be on a guaranteed performance basis. It is expected that the successful supplier will work very closely with the Client and engage with the school curriculum moving forwards into this contract term. The Client wishes for the successful supplier to be able to offer innovation and to make some changes to the service provision within the school during the course of the new contract term. This will involve helping the client on the redesign of the current catering facilities with the objective of ensuring that the catering service, this will include ideas on how the catering service can be more accessible to all students There are currently a number of catering outlets within the school, details of which will be provided within the tender specification. Inward investment is sought as part of your tender return to be depreciated over the contract term which will be used in the redevelopment of the catering facilities.
