Norfolk County Council Public Health is seeking a provider for the design and delivery of an evidence-based Tier 2 Healthy Weight Service for Children and Young People (CYP) in Norfolk with a whole family and whole system approach. This procurement will be managed as a Competitive Process under the Health Care Services ( Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Lot 1: Norfolk County Council Public Health is seeking a provider for the design and delivery of an evidence-based Tier 2 Healthy Weight Service for Children and Young People (CYP) in Norfolk with a whole family and whole system approach. This contract is being led under the Competitive Process under the Health Care Services ( Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The Invitation to Tender sets out the key criteria that have been considered by the Council and how it intends to evaluate bids. Additional information: The contract is for the initial period of 3 years. The contract contains the right for the Council to extend by 2 periods of 24 months. The value in this notice is for the initial term of the contract excluding VAT and any price increases that maybe agreed in accordance with the Contract.
