Individual and Team Coaching Services

Description

The objective of this call for tenders is to sign multiple framework agreements in cascade for the provision of: — individual coaching for the managers and potential managers on leadership and managerial skills, personal development skills, strategy and business management (lots 1, 2 and 4); — team coaching on effective team collaboration and performance, strategy definition and implementation, collective goals achievement and change management (lot 3). In this context, the EIB is seeking for qualified external providers in order to support the corporate coaching programme through suitable coaching approaches and methodologies. Lot 1: Individual Coaching for Heads of Unit and Heads of Division (the First and Second Level of Management in the EIB) The services will consist in the delivery of individual coaching sessions for the heads of unit and the heads of divisions (first and second managerial levels). Lot 2: Individual Coaching for Directors and General Directors (the Third and Fourth Level of Management in the EIB) The services will consist of the delivery of individual coaching sessions for the directors and general directors. Lot 3: Team Coaching for Teams across All Organisational Levels (e.g. Head of Unit with Unit Staff Members, General Director with Directors, etc.) The services will consist of the delivery of team coaching project for intact teams including individuals under the same hierarchical line. Team coaching works with the team as a system as opposed to a collection of individuals, and is an ongoing process to sustain change over time. Lot 4: Digital Platform of Individual Coaching for Potential Managers The services will consist of the delivery of individual coaching sessions for detected potential managers through a digital platform.
