Refurbishment work

Description

The works will comprise the refurbishment of the existing kitchens and bathrooms, the replacement of the existing windows, the complete electrical rewire of the properties including the replacement of the existing storage heaters with quantum electric storage heating and the replacement of the existing smoke, heat and CO detection systems within the properties. Works will also be carried out the common close areas to include the replacement of the existing emergency lighting system and the installation of an addressable fire alarm system. Minor works to the exterior stonework façade and roof will be required.
