Specialist transport and data consultancy services as per attached PAR and C1 Order form

Description

The Head of Business Intelligence, Environment Department coordinates several specialist projects delivering enhanced AI and business intelligence capabilities in collaboration with other key delivery partners, including the City of London Police. Several projects require specialist consulting services in AI, security and data management to support the testing, validation and implementation of emerging technologies and solutions. The consulting firm offers unique experience and competency with City requirements for testing and evaluation of AI-related software solutions, including stress and soak testing, conducting bespoke specialist data analysis and BI development, and contributing to the design and management of datasets in support of high-level decision-making. Note - the services will be on a time and materials basis with agreed deliverables and timesheets to underpin invoice management as requirements will be intermittent driven by project plans managed by the Head of Business Intelligence ## Contract award
