Provision of New IT Equipment

Description

This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by HEART Academies Trust (HEART) to procure New IT Equipment for 4 years via the Ethical & Sustainable Supply DPS. HEART wants to procure New IT Equipment across all their sites. All Supplier(s) who have been approved under the relevant NUTS, CPV and additional capabilities under the DPS have been invited to this Further Competition. HEART wants to procure New IT Equipment across all their sites. Their sites consist of 4 schools, 3 primaries and 1 secondary, and 1 Head Office totalling 428 staff and 2,720 pupils: • Bedford Academy • Shackleton Primary School • Shortstown Primary School • Cauldwell Primary School • HEART Head Office The Trust is actively seeking growth through the addition of new schools. While the timing and number of new schools joining the Trust cannot be guaranteed, the awarded contract will extend to include these schools as they join. Suppliers are expected to accommodate the integration of new schools under the same terms and conditions of the contract, ensuring consistency in service delivery and pricing across all schools within the Trust
