Tollcross HA Frame work Agreement Kitchen Bathroom and Rewire (KBR) & Associated Works

Description

1. Work will be to occupied properties and will comprise the removal and disposal of life expired Kitchens and Bathrooms and Electrical wiring systems and associated components and their replacement with Contractor designed Kitchen, Bathrooms and Electrical re-wiring with associated services alterations. It is envisaged that not all properties will require the same level of work. The extent of works within each property will therefore be decided during the march-in/survey process.
