JCT Measured term contract The Contract term will be for 3 Years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12-month periods For maintenance and service of 49 lifts in 29 council owned Properties various passenger Lifts and Platform lifts within each building (this may change as lifts aded or removed) Manufactures recommended visit and service of each type of lift The first visit is to included • Summary of maintenance visits • Summary and analysis of the breakdowns. • Summary of the repairs • Budgeting for planned maintenance & modernisation • Meeting new regulations, legislation and codes of practice
