Description

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of services within sun shading with naturally accompanying materials within the subject area in order to cover the Contracting Authority's needs. The framework agreements will apply to services related to the Contracting Authority's buildings and any leased areas. The procurement is divided into the following lots: "Sun shading St. Olav's Hospital Trust" and "Sun shading North-Trøndelag Hospital Trust". A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for each lot. Tenderers who would like to deliver both lots must submit tender offers through Mercell for both lots. The maximum combined value of both lots is NOK 16,600,000 excluding VAT. The stated consumption/scope is an estimate for information to the tenderer, and is not binding for future contract volume. For example, the need for rehabilitation and maintenance will be greater after investment are made in new sun shading. For St. Olavs Hospital, the annual contract value is estimated to be NOK 1,000,000 - NOK 7,500,000 excluding VAT. The maximum total value of the procurement is NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT. For the North-Trøndelag Hospital Trust, the annual contract value is estimated at NOK 200,000 - 400,000 excluding VAT. The maximum total value of the procurement is NOK 1,600,000 excluding VAT.
