Case studies and evidence of successful population interventions which can apply to Dumfries and Galloway Understanding of the impact on statutory services across the Council area and the workforce required. Full understanding of which organisations have the ability to influence the population change, this should include statutory bodies across Scotland and UK. evelop a greater understanding of the effect of current issues affecting local population sustainability, to ensure the best possible impact of future interventions.
