Occupational Health, Health Surveillance, Drug & Alcohol testing & Medication Checks, Physiotherapy Services and Neurodiversity Services Lot 2: Health Surveillance Services Provision of Health Surveillance Services for ScotRail staff. Additional information: On the 1 April 2022, the ScotRail franchise transferred to ScotRail Trains Limited, a company owned by Scottish Rail Holdings Limited (SRH) which in turn is owned by the Scottish Government. The use of this requirement will be extended to SRH and could be extended to its other subsidiaries in the future.
