Statement of Requirement Trinity House are looking to establish a multi-supplier framework to provide a repair and maintenance service in respect of diesel engines and associated systems. The scope of this framework agreement will include the repair and maintenance to marine engines their associated machinery, equipment and systems on board any Trinity House owned or operated Vessels. Suppliers will not be guaranteed any work under this framework agreement. The Trinity House vessels operate from depots at King’s Dock, Swansea and Harwich, Essex however, it is possible the vessels can attend other locations. Lot 1: THV Patricia The repair and maintenance of Ruston 6RKCZ & 4AP230Z engines for THV Patricia and associated equipment and systems Lot 2: THV Galatea The repair and maintenance of Wartsila 8L20 & 4L20 engines for THV Galatea and associated equipment and systems Lot 3: THV Alert The repair and maintenance of Caterpillar C9 & 3512 engines for THV Alert and associated equipment and systems Lot 4: Ad-Hoc Maintenance and Repair Ad-Hoc repair and maintenance of other Trinity House Vessel Engines Lot 5: Ability to Support Replacement On occasion, there may be a need to provide support in the full or partial replacement of the equipment in Lots 1-4. Please provide details of your capability and capacity to supply Lot 6: Additional Capabilities and Services The tenderer may advise Trinity House of any other capabilities or services your company is capable of delivering in support of the framework agreement. For example: In addition to the services offered, the ability to provide overhaul for associated turbos, or pressure testing equipment availability in their workshop.
