Kilden, Sørlandet’s Teater og Konserthus [Performing Arts Centre], is 1 of the country’s largest cultural institutions. Kilden’s organisational model represents a whole new cultural operational concept, only the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet resemble. Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Kilden Theatre, Kilden Opera and Kilden Arts (the arts centre operation for Kristiansand kommune) is combined in a collective organisation. As a major producer and supplier of various art and cultural experiences in Agder, there is a need for different goods and services connected to our daily activities, i.a. Production technology scene equipment. In order to meet all the needs of such a field, relevant tenderers with sufficient capacity and competence are invited to deliver tender offers on the contract 23LYS3-K Lighting Equipment, Kilden. The Contracting Authority plans to procure up to 12 spotlights for our Concert Hall. In addition, associated clamps, safety cables and flight boxs for 2 spotlights shall be delivered. The price given for the spotlights in the price form shall include this, but there shall also be partial prices (clamps, safety cables and flight boxs) in the accompanying support document. The Contracting Authority retains the right to not purchase all of the spotlights and clamps, safety cables and flight boxs. The Contracting Authority plans to procure 10 spotlights for our Theatre and Opera Auditorium. In addition, associated clamps, safety cables and flight boxs for 2 spotlights shall be delivered. The price given for the spotlights in the price form shall include this, but there shall also be partial prices (clamps, safety cables and flight boxs) in the accompanying support document. The Contracting Authority retains the right to not purchase all of the spotlights and clamps, safety cables and flight boxs. The Contracting Authority plans to procure up to 26 “washers” for our Theatre and Opera Auditorium. In addition, clamps, safety cables and flight boxs for 6 washers shall be delivered. The price given for the spotlights in the price form shall include this, but there shall also be partial prices (clamps, safety cables and flight boxs) in the accompanying support document. The Contracting Authority retains the right to not purchase all of the washers, clamps, safety cables and flight boxs.
