Description
One framework agreement has been entered into with six suppliers with the purpose of covering the Norwegian Armed Forces' needs for spare parts, special tools and test equipment, as well as overhauling of components for the Leopard family. The Leopard family consists of both Leopard 1 and Leopard 2. Future call-off against the framework agreement will be decided by mini-competitions between the six suppliers. The real contract value for the different suppliers is therefore impossible to pre-determine. The procurement process was implemented in two stages as a tender contest with negotiations after a prior information notice, cf. FOSA §§ 4-2 (d) 5-1(1). The first stage was a pre-qualification of relevant candidates. Subsequently, pre-qualified candidates received the tender documentation and were invited to submit tenders.
