Main Contractor for The Society of St Vincent de Paul, Community Drop In Centre, Limerick

Frederic Ozanam Trust are seeking main contractors for the construction of a Community Drop In Centre, Hartstonge Street, Limerick. The project comprises the development of a Community Drop In Centre within the Mechanics Institute Building, Hartstonge Street, Limerick to augment the existing St Vincent de Paul facilities located to the rear of the adjacent Ozanam House. The project also includes the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the ground and first floors of the Coach House located to the rear of Ozanam House. The project will be constructed in phases with the works to the Mechanics Institute Building completed first and the building handed over prior to works commencing on the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the Coach House. The Mechanics Institute Building is included in the Register of Protected Structures in Ireland.
