Digital Telehealth – Supportive Technologies for Older Persons (STOP) in the Home

HSE, on behalf of CHO5 and hospitals within the Ireland East Hospital Group (IEHG), are seeking market engagement to assess market capability, variety and scalability in the area of telehealth solutions for assistive technology to support certain cohorts of older persons in their own home. The evaluation group wish to hear from tenderers who can provide all the following requirements: • Assistive support of clients in their own home by non-invasive means (i.e without cameras) • Emergency detection (fire, flood etc) • Capability to provide nutritional and mental health supports • Capability to provide clinical advisory support and stakeholder engagement • Fall and long-lie detection • Data monitoring and visualization
