Description

The contest is for a framework agreement for the delivery of packaging and consumables for food production. The tender contest primarily concerns deliveries to commercial kitchens in the municipalities. Schools, nurseries and other entities are not included in the contest, but larger units with good ordering routines and volumes have an option to join the framework agreement. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the contract. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously, the contracting authority procured services for NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT a year for the last year. The value does not guarantee call-offs and can be both higher or lower, and among other things, depends on the contracting authority's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, and several contests are therefore being held for foodstuffs. Tender contest are therefor held for the following areas: - Grocery products - Dairy products, liquid and solid - Meat products (fresh and frozen) - Poultry, fowl, and eggs - Fruit and vegetables - Fish products (chilled and frozen) - Packaging and consumables for food production (this contest). Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
