The successful provider will be required to offer the service for a period of two years with an option to extend up to another two years on annual basis at the sole discretion of the IBTS. Tenders must demonstrate the ability a nationwide network of services for IBTS employees, a high standard of EAP including detailed and clear reports, ease of access, and a highly efficient and proactive administration service:
