Thirteen Housing Group Limited (THG) are looking to improve their waste management services and environmental footprint. As part of our strategy, we have opened our first Thirteen Recycling Centre (TRC) based in Billingham to manage waste being disposed from services carried out within the north and west of the business area and we are currently working towards opening a second centre within the Middlesbrough area to cover waste being disposed of from within the south of the business area. We also have properties based outside the Tees Valley so it is likely that future requirements could arise beyond this area. Lot 1: Category 1 - Cardboard Recycling of cardboard Lot 2: Category 2 - Plastics Recycling of plastics Lot 3: Category 3 - Rubber Recycling of rubber. Lot 4: Category 4 – Domestic WEEE Disposal of WEEE waste. Lot 5: Category 5 - Glass Recycling of glass Lot 6: Category 6 - Wood Recycling of wood. Lot 7: Category 7 - General Waste Disposal and or recycling of general waste Lot 8: Category 8 - Metals and batteries Disposal and recycling of metals and batteries Lot 9: Category 9 - Green/ Garden waste Disposal of green/garden waste Lot 10: Category 10 - Hazardous waste Disposal of Hazardous waste. Lot 11: Category 11 - Mattresses Disposal of mattresses Lot 12: Category 12 - Sweeper residue Street cleaning/sweeper residue Lot 13: Category 13 - Construction and Demolition Disposal of construction and demolition.
