Construction work for sports facilities

Description

Bergen Municipality, the Agency for Development, hereby invites tenderers to participate in a competition for a turnkey contract in the I0390 Myrdal Sports Park Infrastructure project. A development plan has been prepared for the further development of Myrdal Sports Park, as well as for the establishment of outside areas that are suitable for organised and unorganised activities. Another developer will construct new sports halls and a football stadium. In this contract, Bergen Municipality will develop infrastructure for the area, with parking, cycle paths, a square and activity pitches. In addition there will be surface water management, alterations to existing water and sewage installations as well as new installations, and high voltage other electrical installations. The turnkey contractor must carry out the detailed engineering design and see to the necessary approvals from, amongst others, Bergen Municipality, the Agency for Water and Sewage, and Bergen Municipality, the Agency for Urban Environment. The turnkey contractor will also have the role of responsible applicant for the commissioning permit. A quick start-up is important, due to time pressure in the project. It can, therefore, be necessary to split up the application for the commissioning permit into several phases.
