The works comprise the internal and external refurbishment of the barracks. This will consist of a new internal layout to include canteen, kitchen, sleeping accommodation, toilets and showers. There will be a new single storey extension to accommodate a plant room, toilet, and shower facilities. The term of the contract shall be 4th September 2023 until 1st March 2024.
