Electro and calibration services.

Description

FREVAR KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to receive tenders for the hire of electro services and calibration services. Tenderers must have experience from electro services in the industry. Lot 1: Description of the service - electro services. Hire of electricians/automaticians fro assistance with maintenance stoppages, repairs, maintenance assignments, alterations/changes to process installations, procurement of services that require certified installers, etc. If there is a need for extra temporary staff during holiday/sickness periods, etc., the tenderer must provide 1 person within each discipline. Tenderers must have knowledge of process installations, industry automation, instrumentation, DCS/PLS installations. This must be documented. The personnel that will be used must speak a Scandinavian language. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain separate tenders for major work/projects. Description of the service - calibration services. Calibration of instruments in accordance with the intervals for each instrument. Must have documented experience from the process industry. The service consists of certifying, and documenting completed calibration. Tenderers must present certificates for calibration equipment. Tenderers must have the necessary equipment and competence to carry out calibration services. Necessary with a service car to move between the contracting authority's installations. Types of instruments: Pressure: Pressure controllers, pressure transmitters, difference pressure in the area from 0-100 bar. Temp: Thermo elements type K, resistance thermometers Pt-100, thermistor, pyrometer. Level: Pressure/D/P cell, ultrasound, radar, capacitive, load cells, level guards, etc. Amount: Venturi, vortex, Coriolis meter, pressure, ultrasound, magnetic amount meters, v-overrun, Palmer bowlus ditch, Pito pipe. Analysis: O2, Co, pipeline ability, TS, Ph, Turbidity, etc. Actuator equipment: Pneumatic, electrical, etc. The personnel that will be used must speak a Scandinavian language.
