The contract will cover the University's ongoing need for tradesman services in the disciplines of carpentry, painting, floor-laying, plastering and tiling works. This includes assignments of minor scope (ongoing assignments), but also contract assignments that require a different organisation in relation to the daily call-offs. The contract will cover the University's ongoing need for tradesman services. The framework agreement will apply for the University's buildings in the Oslo area as well as two minor buildings in Drøbak. Several of the buildings are listed, with specific requirements concerning caution and equipment selection.
