Market Engagement For Construction Related Services Framework

Description

Wokingham Borough Council are seeking to engage with external organisations to gauge the level of market interest in the formation of a framework for the provision of a variety of construction related services in lots which will run for up to 4 years (and in accordance with the transitional arrangements under the Procurement Act 2024). The Council wishes to invite organisations to comment on the proposed nature of the work, the lots created and the value of the lots to be tendered. Lot 1: Consultants offering construction related services Provision of professional construction management services - Multi-discipline consultancy, Employers’ agent/Contract administrator, Landscape architect, Construction Project management, Architects/lead designer services, Quantity surveyor/cost management, Principle designer (CDM) and client CDM advisor, Principle designer Building safety act, Clerk of the works, Sustainability consultant and Fire consultant Lot 2: Engineering Services Engineering - Civil/Structural (including Sud’s design) and Building services Engineer (mechanical/electrical/public health) Lot 3: Construction related surveys Surveys required to provide information to enhance the provision of project designs and installations - Asbestos, Measured surveys, Traffic and transport assessments, Ecology surveys (inc. bat), BREEAM, Topographical survey, Ground investigation services -Ground condition surveys/ Water monitoring, Heat monitoring (heating and building) and Air quality assessments, ground penetrating radar GPR, Damp, water ingress and mold, Arboricultural surveys and Acoustics Lot 4: Compliance, Servicing and Testing, Statutory Compliance Compliance, Servicing and Testing, Statutory Compliance
