Framework agreement for the procurement and subscription administration of periodicals

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a periodical agent for the procurement and subscription handling of printed and electronic periodicals. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT per year for the last four years. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. REQUIREMENT The tenderer's quality assurance standards; A description of the tenderer's quality assurance system (applies to the tenderer's business processes with significance for the contract) DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT - Certificate of the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies confirming the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2015 - The contracting authority will also accept other documentation as proof that the service provider has equivalent quality assurance measures. As a minimum a general description of the measures´ content must be presented.
