Award of contract for the provision of an integrated financial and project management system. Zero Waste Scotland requires the implementation of a financial and project management system which allows ready access by project managers to:record and manage purchase commitments and invoices; monitor both committed and actual spend against budget over more than one financial year; review forecast spend based on readily updated delivery dates for key milestones; use effective workflow tools which can be easily maintained by local staff; easily report committed and actual spend by a variety of analysis codes; and manage additional project management information.
