Responsive and planned housing and repair services

Description

The works comprise planned and responsive maintenance, repair and refurbishment of the Association’s social housing stock. The contract will be let on a term maintenance basis with packages of work let using Task Orders under the Public Sector Partnering Contract Option 1 — Term Maintenance Measure and Value Second Edition revised 2017. The contract will be let for an initial term of 5 years with the possibility of extension for a maximum of a further two years depending upon performance. The Contractor will be required to fulfill the role of Principal Contractor under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015. Lot 1: Planned and responsive repairs and maintenance to social housing stock for a period of 5 years commencing March 2018. The contract may be extended for a maximum of a further 2 years in 1 year increments subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor.
