Lighting, staging and audio-visual services: 2026 Accolades ceremony

We are looking to appoint a suitably skilled supplier or consortium to supply and manage all responsibilities around AV, lighting and staging for the Accolades awards ceremony in July 2026.The Supplier will set-up for the event between 9am and 5pm on 1 July 2026, the day before the ceremony. The Supplier must set up and test all requirements ready for rehearsals from 9.30am on the day of the ceremony: 2 July 2026. The Supplier must then dismantle the stage set and remove all equipment between 4pm and 6pm on 2 July 2026.The Supplier will also set up and manage the livestream and recording of the cere-mony, which will be broadcast over Social Care Wales’s YouTube channel.To achieve this, the Supplier’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- staging- lighting- visual equipment- sound- technical support and event managementPlease download the ITT for further details.
