The development encompasses a wide range of facilities and supporting infrastructure, including: • Full-size, all-weather pitch, designed to competition standard. • Central Pavilion Building comprising: o Multi-functional sports hall accommodating two basketball courts. o High-performance gym, physiotherapy and medical rooms. o Conference, meeting, and function rooms. o Dressing rooms, toilets, equipment storage, and staff facilities. o Reception area, offices, canteen, terrace, viewing area, and boiler rooms. • 400m, eight-lane athletics track incorporating an internal grass multi-games area, hurling wall, dressing rooms, and viewing area. • Multi-purpose 4G floodlit pitch, compliant with GAA, FAI, and IRFU standards. • External and infrastructure works including: o Upgrading of the existing entrance to St. Mary’s GAA facility. o Construction of car parking areas with EV charging points. o Perimeter and pitch fencing, footways, and sympathetic landscaping. o Public lighting installations throughout. o A new access road incorporating walking and cycling infrastructure.
